Meditation. Like, if you told me 2 years ago that it would be the best part of my day, and a ritual that made such a difference over time, I’d tell you you’re crazy. The thought of sitting still and meditating was so beyond the scope of how I wanted, or could, spend my time. Melissa Wood-Tepperberg, who has been on “The Skinny Confidential HIM & HER” show a few times, told me to just try it.

“So I made a commitment to try it for 70 days and if I benefited from it, great. If I didn’t, at least I tried. It truly changed my life.
